The Marina Office is open Monday to Friday 9.30am to 5.30pm, except Wednesdays on which we close 01 November to 31 March Annually & open Wednesdays April through to October until 2.30pm. Weekend opening hours are from 10.00am to 4.00pm.
Book now for Slipway Services in 2011 including Hull Painting and DIY but hurry as places fill up very quickly! Non - Moorers please call the Marina Office in advance!

Pump-Out
Tokens available from the Marina Office.
Self Service Pump-Out is available 365 days per year & is a 4 minute timed unit.
Red Diesel
Automated Pump which accepts all major debit/credit card and will dispense at set HMRC guidance rates of 60:40 - 365 days a year service for all our customers.
Electricity
Pay as you go supply on moorings. All Electricity Top-up cards on-site at Pilling's Lock Marina must be purchased from the Pilling's Lock Marina Office only. If you cannot get to the office, we can top your meter up for you and a minimum £20.00 top-up is required with the card payment taken over the phone at the time of purchase. From 1st April 2010, electricity is supplied at 19ppkwh.
Berth Holders can buy £50.00 of cards for just £45.00 if paying at the office – receiving a 10% discount! Emergency Cards are available from the Cafe.

Chandlery
The office now has a stock of Kingfisher yacht ropes as well as loo blue, oil, filters, fittings, Calor gas, coal, lighters & kindling, anodes, chimney accessories, fenders, bilge-pumps, electrical connectors plus many other items. Please call us if you need anything.
